7D SERVICES

The 7D model is usually delivered to the owner, when a construction project is ready to be closed-out. LASER SCAN TO BIM

Laser scanning is used to record mostly very old buildings for Renovations & retrofits projects. Designers, constructors and owners want the point-cloud data from these laser scanners converted to Revit models. The focus here is doing it in the most accurate and efficient manner, in the shortest possible time. Depending on the project and the use of BIM on the project, we optimize the level of detail in which the point cloud information is converted to Revit. This is further converted into BIM 4D, 5D, 6D and 7D models.
