ADDMORE New Year's Resolution In 2022

Now that we are well into 2022, have you been doing your new year’s resolutions? Or have they been reduced to notes tucked away to be done by tomorrow instead?
Resolutions are made every year but tend to be broken within days, if not weeks. You must ADDMORE commitment and effort to ensure you see your resolutions through.
Diet, weight control, exercise, drinking sufficient water, and cutting back on sugar and fatty foods, are all resolutions regularly made annually but not maintained for any one year period by the majority.
This year, it is most important to look after your health and commit to a better diet, regular hydration, cutting back on sugar and foods in combination with an exercise plan appropriate to your health and approved by your doctor.
Set realistic goals that are measurable and achievable. Take one step at a time to maintain a forward momentum for the safety of all.
Be kind to yourselves. If you slip on the new diet or exercise, don’t give up and just resume your new regime the next day.
Ensure you allow yourself treats to keep motivated and not to make things too tough on yourself.
Be nice to others and be gentle on yourself.
Remember goals are best set down in writing and to remind yourself that to “Fail to plan is a plan to
fail.”
